* Design Responsibilities:
Work within a fast-growing brand to execute and elevate aesthetic
- Marketing: collateral, web, email, social media, stationery, signage
- Packaging updates / extensions: seasonal, launches, promotional, store
Information design: press kits, protocols, product guides
Bonus: Photo art direction
- Photo editing, opportunity to assist on photoshoots
- Experience not required, passion to learn a must
* Design / Business Skillsets:
Strong, proactive organizational skills
Organization of brand / project assets
- Project files per round through final release
- Obtain print quotes, place orders, track status to delivery
- Archive print quotes, receipts
Minimum 3 years Print Design experience
- Strong information + navigation design skills for packaging, presentation
- Bonus Experience: Digital Design, Social Media Design / Content
Strong typography and layout skills
- Fluent in INDD, AI, PS, Google Docs / Sheets
- AI / INDD: master pages, character styles, paragraph styles
- Bonus: Powerpoint, Google Slides
Solid grasp of printing techniques
- Research, source samples + vendors
- Quoting print job options
- Releasing print-ready final art
- Passion to expand packaging knowledge
Strong verbal + written communciation skills 
- Efficient, clear, proactive communication w/ co-workers, vendors, clients, press
- Email ninja: respsonive, keeping time zone and business hours in mind
- Able to oversee project timelines: both internal and vendors / partners are on deadline
Highly detail oriented + able to shift priorities w/ big picture perspective
- Maintain up-to-date check-in list: project status, design review, questions
- Proactive anticipation / initiation of tasks, organization, maintainence
- Think on feet to help set / manage / track multiple project timelines
- Adapt to evolving priorities and Creative Director availability
