Shipping and Returns
In stock orders are usually shipped within 24-72 hours of receipt. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed on Monday.
We offer free standard shipping within the U.S. on all domestic orders over $50. We ship orders via USPS, which usually takes from 2-5 business days. We offer Express shipping for expedited service. Express orders will be prioritized and will arrive within 1-2 business days in most cases.
Marie Veronique ships to over 190 countries worldwide. We offer free shipping internationally on orders over $250. International shipping times vary depending on region and service selected.
Orders shipped Priority International will take 6-10 business days for delivery. Express International orders will take 3-5 business days for delivery. Products are shipped from our headquarters within 2-3 business days. International packages are provided tracking information.
For orders shipped to Canada, customers may choose USPS First-Class Mail, which is the most economical service but does not include tracking information. In selecting this service, the customer assumes liability for the package and will not be able to track the package once it has left MV headquarters. If you prefer to track your package, please choose Priority International or Express International.
Orders shipped to countries outside the U.S. may be subject to import taxes and customs duties/fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Marie Veronique has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any reimbursement of custom duties, fees or taxes.

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM:
To request a return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for authorization.
In your email include your name, order number, and what you would like to return. We will respond within 48 hours.
Please note: We cannot accept returns for orders that are damaged or missing in transit on their way back to us. Additionally, we cannot accept returns without prior notification or past the 30-day time limit.
