The key to healthy skin is water balance of the stratum corneum. This groundbreaking serum maintains barrier function in two ways.
First, it replaces NATURAL MOISTURIZING FACTOR, a collection of water soluble compounds which keep skin cells hydrated.
Secondly, it prevents loss of NMF via a liposomal sealing system that traps water molecules instead of letting them absorb into the lower layers of the epidermis.
Balances moisture levels, eliminating dry, dehydrated skin.
Corrects inflammation, including acne, dermatitis and even aging.
Relieves dermatitis-related conditions (allergic and atopic), and fortifies sensitive and rosacea-prone skin.
CERAMIDES Lipid molecules within cell membranes, they help cells form a protective layer that plumps skin and retains moisture.

I’ve always dealt with inflamed acne-prone skin. When I went off birth control about 4 years ago it was the worst it had ever been and I’ve been attempting to rebalance it ever since (hello Benzol peroxide treatments). I’ve been using Marie Veronique products for nearly 5 months now and am so happy with my skin and this company. I use the E.O free cleanser, balancing hypotonic, gentle retinol serum, intensive repair serum, barrier restore serum, treatment oil, and sunscreen. I’d say it took around 3 months for me to see a noticeable, improved difference, and it did get worse before it got better (likely due to stopping BP cold turkey). My skin is now supple, even, has a glow, and if I do get an occasional spot, it heals so fast. I’m sure with continued use I’ll start to see the faint scarring and marks fade more as well. Also used to always have texture on my forehead and it’s so smooth now. Highly highly recommend (just wish it didn’t cost me the same as my rent every month🤠)

I have a whole regimen with Marie Veronique products, and I've tried to get my husband to use a few. He is so bad with using more than one product, so I told him to at least use this one. He has noticed a big change in his skin. So, I feel this is the superstar product and is the last step in my regimen. Well, besides sunblock.
