    This serum is ideal for all skin types, especially sensitive, sensitized, breakout-prone skin. Skin sensitized to Vitamin C find that tolerance levels improve upon gradual introduction. Next generation derivatives are stable, yet deliver Vitamin C in its active form, l-ascorbic acid. The presence of l-ascorbic acid allows optimal collagen production, and provides antioxidant protection and skin brightening effects. Glutathione and alpha-lipoic acid protect mitochondria, increasing age-delay benefits. The serum is essential oil and microcidal preservative-free, making it safe for even the most allergy-prone, sensitive skin, and can be used day and night.

    This dual purpose serum protects by day and repairs at night, and is safe for use by all skin types. A good alternative to Retinol for pregnant women.

    Recommended use

      Gentle enough for my reactive skin, yay!

      A few months ago, I could suddenly no longer use my retinol, exfoliation products, and many other things. I've found a really good rhythm with Marie Veronique products and was happy to discover I could still use this serum since I can't use most other actives. I'd recommend it for sensitive, reactive skin.

      I'm a Marie Veronique Freak

      Love all their products! I ran out of this serum and went without it for a while. Just added it back in and noticed an immediate difference - brightness, integrity, tone. This is back in the normal skin care regime. Definitely recommend for those who want Vitamin C in their daily routine. Even just to use a bottle up a couple times a year as you can afford it!
