Gift Card Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions (the “e-Gift Card Terms”) apply to any electronic gift card (“e-Gift Cards”) offered by MV Advanced Inc. d/b/a Marie Veronique, a California corporation (“MV”). By purchasing, accepting and retaining or using an e-Gift Card, you will be deemed to have agreed to the e-Gift Card Terms. MV may change, amend or terminate the e-Gift Card Terms at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion with or without notice. You will be deemed to have agreed to any changed or modified terms if you purchase, accept and retain or use any e-Gift Card after such changed or modified terms have been posted to WWW.MARIEVERONIQUE.COM, including any sub domains thereof, affiliated websites, and mobile applications owned or operated by MV (collectively, the “Website”). e-Gift Cards are available for purchase online at https://www.marieveronique.com/products/gift-card. e-Gift Cards will be delivered by email to the email address provided by the purchaser thereof within 1 business day after purchase and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. e-Gift Cards have no additional processing fees and do not expire. Sales tax is not charged when buying e-Gift Cards; however, purchases paid for with e-Gift Cards will be charged applicable sales tax.

e-Gift Cards may be used to purchase MV products and services solely through the Website but cannot be used to purchase additional e-Gift Cards. If the full value of the e-Gift Card is not depleted during the initial purchase, the same e-Gift Card number can be used for additional purchases on this Website until the full value of such e-Gift Card is depleted. If the amount of your e-Gift Card does not cover the total purchase price of an order, you must pay the balance of such purchase price with a valid form of payment. To check the balance of any e-Gift Card, please email info@marieveronique.com, and include the e-Gift Card number in your email. e-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded once depleted.

Resale of e-Gift Cards or use for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstake or other promotional or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Your right to use any e-Gift Card is further subject to the Website Terms of Service (the “Website Terms”) and applicable law. e-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed or refunded for cash (except as required by law), and are only redeemable on this Website. Lost and stolen e-Gift Cards are not replaceable. MV is not responsible for lost or stolen e-Gift Cards or use without permission. E-Gift Cards are not credit cards and cannot be used as such. MV reserves the right to limit the number of e-Gift Cards an individual may purchase or redeem. If MV suspects any fraud or misuse of an e-Gift Card, MV shall have the right, in MV’s sole discretion, to suspend or terminate use of such e-Gift Card. e-Gift Cards are non-refundable. In the event an e-Gift Card is not functional, your sole remedy, and MV’s sole liability, will be the replacement of that e-Gift Card.

The Website Terms and the MV privacy policy shall apply to e-Gift Cards, including the purchase and use thereof, and disputes arising out of an e-Gift Card shall be resolved in accordance with the Website Terms. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.
