Return Policy

If you wish to return a product, email orders@marieveronique.com within 30 days of delivery. Please provide the following information:

• Your order number
• The product(s) for return
• Batch number (found on the bottom of the bottle/tube)
• The reason for your return

We will follow up with the next steps. Please note that we cannot process exchanges, provide shipping labels, or issue reimbursements for return shipping charges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All Beyond Topical: The Edits returns will be treated the same, and we will help coordinate your return with the original manufacturer.

Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the return and may take an additional 1 - 2 days to reflect in your account. Refunds can only be issued using the original payment method.

Exceptions

• Starter Kits, Travel Sizes, and Books are Final Sale.
• Restrictions do apply during promotional periods. Products purchased at discount during our sale will not be eligible for cancellations or refunds. Returns will be processed for credit only if returned within 30 days of receipt.
