Recommended use

Shake well. Begin by dispensing 1-2 pumps into palms and massage over the body, starting at the scalp and down to the toes. Rinse well and pat dry. If using as a prep for shaving, lather over the desired area and rinse.

Disappointed
I was really disappointed in this product. I can't tell if it has any effect because it's runny, hard to apply, and when you shake the bottle, the product leaks out. I'd tolerate the scent if it worked. I won't be buying this again.

Way too expensive for what it is
This is a nice enough product that I’m using as shampoo because my scalp needs acid and needs some exfoliation. I would buy again if it weren’t so pricey. It has a runny texture and you need to use a decent amount to get the benefits of the low pH. I need about 4 half-pumps to cover my scalp. Therefore I’m going through the bottle rapidly (it’s a small bottle for shampoo/body wash) and each shower probably costs a few dollars even though I’m only using it on my scalp and not my body. I’d love to use it all over but I’d be spending way too much money. I think this should come in an 18 oz aluminum bottle and the price should go down. The ingredients are not precious or expensive and it’s a wash-off, not leave-on, product.
