Return Policy

What is your return policy?

We understand that skincare is complicated and want you to have the best outcome with our products. To support you on your journey to healthy skin we encourage you to reach out to our estheticians through customer service who can help guide you toward the best regimen for your skin needs.

If you wish to make a return please email within 30 days of delivery. Please provide the order number, name associated with your order, product(s) you would like to return and their corresponding batch number(s) which are generally located on the bottom of the bottle, and the reason for your return. We will follow up by email with next steps in processing your return. Note: Any delay in communication from customer service will not impact the return deadline.

Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your return. Additionally, it can take an additional 1-2 business days for your account to reflect the credit. Refunds can only be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot process exchanges, provide shipping labels or shipping reimbursements.

Restrictions do apply during promotional periods—Products purchased at discount during our sale period will not be eligible for expedited shipping, cancellations, or refunds. Returns will be processed as Credit only if returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For international returns—We are delighted to offer our products around the world and we want to make sure you are making the best selection for your skin needs. Since return shipping overseas can be significant, please reach out to one of our team members at for advice before making your order. We will happily accept your return within the 30 day return period but will not provide shipping labels or reimbursements for shipping costs.

Which mail carrier do you use for domestic shipping?

We use USPS for all domestic shipping.

Which USPS shipping services do you offer?

We offer USPS Priority Mail Express for expedited delivery within 1-2 days, USPS Priority Mail for faster delivery within 3-5 business days, and USPS Ground Advantage for delivery within 2-7 business days.

Please note USPS Priority Mail Express offers the only guaranteed delivery service. USPS Priority and Ground Advantage mail are estimated transit times only and not guaranteed.

How much do domestic (US) customers have to spend to get free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping within the U.S. on all orders over $65.

May I have my order shipped to an alternate address?

Yes, you can have it shipped anywhere you like. When checking out, on the first page, simply enter the address you would like your package shipped to. Then when entering your payment information, select the bubble at the bottom of the payment page that indicates you're using a different billing address. For credit card payments to clear, the billing address must be entered exactly as it is on your monthly statements.

How long will it take before I receive my shipment?

In-stock orders are estimated to be processed within 24-48 business hours of receipt and then shipped. Orders placed Fridays after 9am PST are not typically processed until the following Monday. We do not ship on major holidays or weekends.

USPS and DHL transit times are estimated transit times once a package has been shipped and not guaranteed. Only packages shipped USPS Priority Mail Express have guaranteed delivery times.

Do you offer rush delivery?

We offer USPS Priority Mail Express for expedited shipping. Delivery times and fees are calculated by the ship to address location. USPS Priority Mail Express is the only guaranteed delivery service we offer.

My package says delivered but it wasn’t here when I got home.

Our goal is to deliver your skincare products quickly and without complication. Occasionally with USPS deliveries the system can be delayed — packages may be rerouted or have tracking that only states estimated delivery. We ask that you provide three additional business days from that estimate for the package to arrive. In our experience, the package arrives 99% of the time, though delayed. Shipping FAQs

Can I make changes to my order such as add or remove an item after it has been submitted and confirmed?

We do our best to accommodate any requests for order changes, however we only have a small window of time from when an order is confirmed, processed, and shipped to process the request. We can accommodate most requests made within 24 hours of placing an order. Please email us at or call us at +1 510-647-9246 immediately after your order was placed to request an order change. Customer Success is available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm PST. *Restrictions apply during our Annual Sale period and we are unable to accommodate any requests for order adjustments or cancelations.

My package is delayed in-transit and tracking information has not been updated, what do I do?

Packages can be delayed with no updated tracking information or estimated delivery date due to service alerts such as weather or other natural disasters, high volumes, or packages being re-routed. Please reach out to us if tracking has not been updated after 3 business days at We appreciate your patience!

Is your Solano Avenue store in Berkeley, CA open for in-store shopping or curbside pickup?

Our Solano Avenue store in Berkeley has closed. While we're sad to say goodbye, we plan to reopen in a new location in 2022. Yes, Marie Veronique has shipped to over 30 countries worldwide (you can put some items in your cart and use the checkout process to see if your country is available). If your country is not on the list or if you have ordered previously but your country is no longer on the list please contact and we will try to accommodate your order.

Customs, Duties and Handling Fees

We cover all relevant duties, taxes, and customs fees which are part of the shipping fee.

How much does international shipping cost?

We charge a $50 flat rate fee for all orders $300 USD or more, regardless of the ship to country/location.

For orders less than $300 USD, the shipping fee is calculated by package weight and ship to location.

We offer DHL Worldwide International for all international shipments. We cover all relevant duties, customs, and handling fees which are part of the shipping cost.

What are your international delivery timeframes?

DHL Express International orders typically take 3-5 business days for delivery. Delays in customs add to these shipping times and we have had customers in South America and some areas of Europe where orders have taken several weeks to over a month for delivery.

International Returns

Our return policy for international returns is the same as domestic. Product(s) are eligible for return for a refund or credit within 30-days from the delivery date. Refunds/credits are issued only after product(s) have been received back at our warehouse.

Green Packaging

Do you observe eco-conscious practices when it comes to your product packaging?

We are committed to minimizing waste and lessening our impact on the environment.

We use glass bottles as these are recyclable and importantly are also non-reactive. We use synthetic labels because they must be water- and oil-proof; currently no other options meet these requirements. Packing is in Geami and/or biodegradable starch peanuts and we use paper tape to seal boxes with a starch gum.
