    ABOUT MARIE VERONIQUE

    Marie-Veronique Nadeau is a chemist who founded Marie Veronique in 2002. An inventor at heart who suffered from teenage acne, she was moved to create her own products when she could find nothing on the market that was clean and effective to address her rosacea. From there, she went on to develop a line for acne and was one of the first to formulate a non-nano zinc oxide sunscreen. She continues to lead the way towards safe yet effective skincare, determined to move an industry ensconced in hype into the realm of science. She is a trained esthetician, holds degrees in Math and Science, and is a former high school chemistry teacher. She collaborates with her daughter, Jay Nadeau, physicist and bio-medical engineer, to carefully choose each ingredient in her products to solve real skin issues and address the causes of aging at the source.

    CERAMIDE NP Lipid molecules within cell membranes help cells form a protective layer that plumps skin and retains moisture.

    OLEIC/LINOLEIC/LINOLEIC POLYGLYCERIDES Provides ultra-conditioning for the hair and scalp and delivers the correct ratio of essential fatty acids (omega 3-6-9) to properly nourish and protect the skin’s outermost layers.

    PHOSPHOLIPID JOJOBA MILK A natural, non-greasy blend of humectants and emollients that provides fast absorption and improved delivery of essential lipids.

      light and effective

      I was previously using the Barrier Lipid oil, but after a consultation from the MV experts, they recommended I switch to this. I'm amazed at how light, but deeply moisturizing it is. My skin runs dry and this works wonderfully. My skin has been super clear and balanced since starting it.

      Just the right amount for me

      I am a recent convert from moisturizing creams; this was my first oil because, with my slightly oily skin, I was worried about too much oiliness. But Finishing Oil is absorbed so well into my skin, leaving me well-moisturized in the coldest, driest weather. It's all I need. And my sunscreen/tinted moisturizer goes on so smoothly afterwards. Somehow I'm less oily and shiny as the day goes on. I wouldn't have chosen it on my own without a recommendation--I read it being for male skincare--but so glad I found it.

      Super creamy, smells nice, and hydrates really well

      This finishing oil is perfect when I am feeling dry. It leaves me with dewy-looking skin that feels really nice. I don't use this every day because, when my skin is already feeling hydrated, the oil leaves me looking, and feeling, really shiny. It's a really nice addition to my regimen and it feels so nourishing.
