Ingredients

VITAMIN C, VITAMIN E, FERULIC ACID COMBINATION Ferulic acid is a potent plant antioxidant. In combination with Vitamins C and E, the overall level of sun protection when layered underneath a broad spectrum sunscreen is increased.

TETRAHEXYLDECYL ASCORBATE, STABILIZED ASCORBIC ACID COMBINATION. THD-ascorbate is an oil-soluble C derivative that converts to ascorbic acid and penetrates to the cell. Ascorbic acid is necessary for collagen production, so combining THD-ascorbate with stabilized l-ascorbic acid increases cellular activity, thus increasing collagen output.

CO-ENZYME Q (CoQ10) A powerful antioxidant that aids in skin repair and regeneration.

ASTAXANTHIN A very powerful antioxidant from the carotenoid family that protects against long-wave radiation damage.

Terrific daily product
I’ve been using this product for ~7 years daily. It goes on smooth and layers under makeup very well - no pilling. This serum has diminished and eliminated many red and brown pimple spots over the years. My fine lines are still just that - fine, even though I’m 40 and have lived in a subtropical climate for the last 5 years. I think it has also helped diminish my melasma, alongside zinc sunscreen. I use this serum in the morning after cleansing, toning, and my hyaluronic acid serum (often, the MV Soothing B3 serum) and finish it off with Marie Veronique’s day oil and 50 spf zinc sunscreen. Occasionally, I’ll put it on under the MV multi-retinol night emulsion. I am a big fan of this company’s products and their tested results. Highly recommend any of them based on my personal experience with all of their products over the last 7 years.

May Be Great, But the Smell is Horrible!
I could not get past the smell of this serum. It was so overwhelming, I couldn't use it. It took a while to identify it: bacon, but not in a good way. Not trusting my sense of smell, I asked my husband to sniff it, and he, being a "super taster" immediately said, "hot dog." I see most of the reviews are positive, so I guess this is a good product but please look into the scenting of this.

Smells like hotdog water 🌭💧
I like it so far, but it does smell like hotdog water lol. You get used to it. I do like that it’s a serum, rather than a liquid in a dropper. I’ve had the liquid in a dropper before (from a different company) and it didn’t smell like hot water, but I didn’t like using the dropper.
