AM: Rinse with water and apply Tonic/Mist. While the skin is still slightly damp, apply 1-2 pumps of C-Therapy Serum followed by 1/4 dropper of Protective Day Oil + Sunscreen (zinc-oxide only is recommended).
PM: Cleanse and apply Tonic/Mist. While the skin is still slightly damp, apply 1-2 pumps of Gentle Retinol Night Serum, and then apply additional Serums/Oil of your choice.
Notes: Protective Day Oil may be used at night. C-Therapy Serum may be alternated PM with Gentle Retinol Night Serum if retinol is not used nightly. *Retinol serums should be avoided if pregnant, nursing, or trying to conceive.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician. Keep products in a cool, dry place, out of direct light. Use within 6 months of opening.

To be completely honest I am not sure whether it is the gentle retinol night serum or a combination of all of MV and KH products that I have been using these past two month. Hands down. Skin Game Changer. As a professional hair stylist ( a male bald one at that ) Skin is number one priority in my daily since I don't have hair. But since using these products my skin has never been more softer, radiant, it got rid of the dark circles under my eyes, I could go on and on.
Amity, a wonderful esthetician with Marie Veronique, sent me a long, detailed email suggesting a routine for my sensitive and occasionally rosacea prone skin, and she recommended the C-Therapy for AM. I have a love/hate relationship with Vitamin C and my skin can be fickle in how it responds to particular percentages and formulations (looking at you, expensive famous CE Ferulic that my skin absolutely loathed). Though I've only been using this for a short time, my skin has welcomed it without irritation or reaction of any kind. The unique creamy texture is easy to spread, and my skin soaks it up quickly. The smell is pretty intense and sticks around for a while, but I don't really mind because I know my skin is getting an incredible infusion of antioxidants and other goodies.
I've noticed keeping my skin moisturized with Protective Day Oil keeps adult acne in check.
